Surveyor General Mr Price, who visited the principal penal establiscimento of England before his return

to the Solony, is preparing the nececcary plans for buildings adapted to the site selected for the new Prison. These plans, together with the Estimate of the Cost, will (it is hoped) be trumemitted to fourdordship towards the end of this year; the amount of work now
